WORKING WITH SIGNMESH & USAGE

HOW DO I START USING SIGNMESH?

signmesh is created exclusively for the needs of your organization. To start using it, each user is required sign up with their corporate e-mail address. The platform is password protected and only the members of one organization or anyone approved by you can register. If you don’t have SSO, after signing-up you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Simply confirm and start using signmesh right away.

WHAT IS A "SIGN"?

A bite-size summary of one trend, best practice or new innovation. What it is and why it matters.

Can I access the platform with a private device?

Yes, you can. Whether desktop or the app, the platform is fully accessible which means you can access it from any device, provided that you already have your personal login and password.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE 'INFO SCREEN' MODE?

You can play signmesh innovation hub content full screen, on any screen around you. Activate the mode by going to your profile and clicking ‘start info screen mode.’

How are the signs organized?

Your personal strategist feeds your platform on a regular basis with the latest and most interesting ideas, pieces of knowledge and inspiration relevant for your organization. “Signs” are posted in chronological order, the latest are always first. The slider at the top of the page represents the set of signs that are trending and most popular within your organization.

HOW DO I ADD MY OWN SIGNS?

If your package holds the possibility to add your own signs, go to your profile, click on ‘sign management’, click ‘write a sign’ and enjoy creating your first piece of content. If you need more training, get in touch with your personal contact at signmesh. 

HOW DO I export signs?

Export lets you download single or whole folders of signs as PDF or ppt format. For single export, go to a “sign” and press “download button.” For multiple export, collect all signs you’re interested in into one favorites folder and download the whole folder. 

How can I search for signs?

There are multiple ways of searching for signs of your interest. First, you can use the basic search on the landing page. Combine multiple search terms to make your selection even more precise. If you are seeking for inspiration, but you know which area is most interesting for you, you can organize the signs using your set ‘categories’ and view all signs related to this category on one page.

How does the newsletter work?

When you become a user of your innovation hub, you’re automatically subscribed to weekly updates. You can change your settings to daily updates or unsubscribe directly from “newsletter” section in the menu.

WORKING WITH FAVORITES

You can save your favorite “signs” and organize them into dedicated folders. Want to collaborate with others on folders? No problem – you can share them between users and work together if needed!

HOW DO NOTIFICATIONS WORK

Are you interested in something specific? You can set up notifications for new content published according to your interests! Select tags that matter for you and your team and you’re ready to go!

does signmesh have an app?

Yes! For both iOS and Android!

Can signmesh be integrated with my slack team?

We can integrate your signmesh innovation hub with a particular Slack channel to receive all new content right there!

HOW CAN WE SIMPLIFY ACCOUNT CREATION AND LOG INS?

signmesh lets you easily connect your innovation hub with internal systems via SSO technology.

how can i see what's trending in my company's hub?

Admin users have access to live analytics of their innovation hub. Check which posts are performing best and what’s the opening rate of your newsletters in one dashboard.
